Tyler is two weeks old today!

Mike and I have been able to go see Tyler almost everyday since he has been moved to Waconia! What a blessing that our little guy is so much closer now!

Big yawn! He is a growing boy! Tyler weighs 4 pounds 10 ounces now!

He is a growing boy! Up to 4 pounds 4 ounces today! Almost back to his birth weight. Praying he learns to suck, swallow, and breathe (in coordination) soon, and gain some weight so he can come home! So blessed to have our sweet boy doing so well!

Day 2 and Day 3 in NICU

Tyler Steven Frey is here!

Tyler was born via cesarean on February 13, 2012 around 10pm. He weighed 4 pounds 8 ounces, and was 17 inches long. My labor started around 5pm that night and picked up speed very quickly! By 8pm, I was having contractions 2 minutes apart and they were very intense! An ultrasound showed Tyler was in a breech position, laying sideways, so a cesarean was necessary. Everything went great and he was delivered around 10 that night. He came out crying, which was the most wonderful sound to me and Mike! We are so blessed!
